We produce our SIP panels and other construction materials in compliance with all normative standard requirements thus ensuring high production quality and low prices. We guarantee our wall panel durability and resistance, as well as full compliance with functional and technical parameters. SIP panels are produced using the latest equipment, thus achieving the highest quality with lowest costs.
SIP panel production technology has certain advantages. These panels consist of three layers: two sturdy OSB (oriented strand) boards and a highly effective polystyrene foam (NEOPOR) insulation layer sandwiched in between. In terms of technical heat retention qualities, this insulating layer is superior to many other materials. The layers are glued together using polyurethane glue. OSB boards make the panels extra sturdy, while the polystyrene foam has excellent heat and sound insulation properties. Our construction materials can be used for various buildings: residential houses and semi-detached houses, summer houses, office buildings and warehouses, production premises and many other architectural solutions.
Our SIP panels are known for such qualities as reliability, durability, environmental friendliness and affordability. These panels are several times more resistant to axial and transverse forces than specified in the Technical Construction Regulations. Structures built of these panels are light, strong and thus very durable. Moreover, adapting the technology to the EU requirements, we use a reinforced timber frame. SIP panels are completely safe to humans and the environment. Characterised by low thermal conductivity, SIP panel buildings have thinner walls and, consequently, more spacious rooms than the same size buildings built of other materials. Our SIP panels are resistant to moisture, temperature fluctuations and weather conditions.
